    No Returns or Exchanges

    Returns and exchanges are not accepted — except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    12-Hour Cancellation Window

    Cancellation requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, the request cannot be processed.

  3. 03

    No Cancellation After Processing

    Once an order enters processing or customization has begun, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.
