Fabric offcuts become pouches. Damaged pieces become patchwork. We design the end of a bag before we begin it.

Founded in a 200 sq ft workshop in Thane by Jai Joshi with two artisan partners.
First craft fair. Sold out in 3 hours. Knew this was real.
Grew to a trusted circle of craftspeople across Maharashtra.

Jai started Koklass in 2018 with a simple conviction: that beautiful, Indian-made things deserve to be seen, used, and celebrated every day — not just on special occasions. She still personally oversees every design, every material choice, and every bag that leaves the studio.
