Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in specific cases and will be processed strictly as per the conditions mentioned below.

When Refunds Apply

Refunds will be processed only if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • An incorrect product is delivered

To Be Eligible

Both conditions below must be satisfied for a refund request to qualify:

  • Issue reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear images or an unboxing video shared via WhatsApp or email

Return & Refund Process

Once your case is reviewed and approved:

  • Product may need to be returned to our workshop
  • Return shipment docket / receipt must be shared once dispatched
  • Return shipping cost reimbursed after verification, if applicable
